All successful online order will be receive an order acknowledgement email. Order will be shipped out within 3 business working day and we will always trying to dispatch your order within the same day if it is possible. If the order is not available stock. Delay may be happen due to some problem issue; in this case we will contact you as soon as possible via email or calling you.

Normally courier takes 1 to 2 business days to be reach your shipping address. Due to many unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffics or other issue, delivery might be delay. If you still haven’t received your products after 4 business day, please contact us immediately and we will check with our courier company.

• Twins Baby use City Link & Sure Reach courier service for delivery to Peninsular Malaysia. For East Malaysia please contact us for the courier charges. Courier charges will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete the order at Twins Baby online store. Courier charges are vary based on the size and weight of the products and the destination.
• Due to international courier charges is expensive, we are not available to be ship outside Malaysia at the moment.
• No courier can be made to PO Box address.
• Address not accurate will be delay your shipment or delivery to a wrong places. 
  

• For West Malaysia, shipping cost as below:-
• For 0.1KG – 3KG, a delivery charge is RM9.00.
• Subsequent KG will be charged at RM1.50/KG.
• For small sized products we will charge Rm30.00, medium sized products we will charge RM40.00, oversize products we will charge RM80.00 and super oversize products we will charge RM150.00.(All special sized of products will be stated in additional information of each product page)

• For East Malaysia please contact us at twins@twinsbaby.net for the courier charges.
• For any purchase of above RM200.00, delivery charges will be free. (this does not applicable for purchase in small size / medium size / oversize / super oversize item / selected item which is stated in description of each product page and also East Malaysia area) 
  

Once the products have shipped, we will send a shipping notification email to you.

If you are not at home when the delivery service company attempts to deliver your order, the delivery service company will leave a card. You can contact the delivery service company directly for a new delivery appointment during working hours at a suitable date and even amend your delivery address.
