We always ensure our products are in new and without any spoil when we shipped out the products. All products with exception of faulty products or not as ordered once sold are non-returnable. If you received your item that’s been damaged please let us know within 3days with the invoice number and be sent back to us within 7 days. We will replace to you at no cost and customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Replacements & Exchanges
- We hope that you have been carefully choose the products as we do not hope other customer use a products is from other customers exchange. If the products is undamaged, unused and in original condition, original packaging and good sellable conditions, we are happy to exchange the item with another item within 7days from the date of invoice.
- Exchangeable are allow in one time only. We cannot accept the products purchase from our store and we do not accept the products are under special order item / sale items. Exchangeable item must be in same value or you have to pay the differences if the products are higher value. We do not refund the money and the money will be forfeit if the item is lower value than the exchange products.

- Please return your package by registered delivery with insurance and obtain proof of postage. Twins Baby does not take responsibility for the item that does not ship by ourselves.
- Once we received your products, we will check and will be process the exchangeable item with you as soon as possible and will be notify by email or call to you. Please allow us maximum of 7 days procedure for the exchangeable procedure.
